SCHEDULE

 

After 12 years on the road, the CHRISWHITEBAND is not touring any longer.  Even though they do some selective dates each year, they have come off the road to dedicate all their energy to "Launching Student Missionaries".  

 

Chris' last words before walking off stage for the last time were, "As a worship leader, your goal is to hang out in the presence of Jesus, to learn his nature & character, to fall more in love with him, and challenge others to do the same...sometimes even using music.  However, for me, after hanging out in His presence, event after event, year after year, I just couldn't help but be captivated by His heart for the lost, the nations.  His heart is for missions, for people to know him, for the nations to be set free to enjoy His presence forever.  Think about it!  That's why He left the 24hr worship circle of heaven, came to an unreached people group...us, a people who didn't ask him to come, who didn't want him there, and who ultimately nailed him to a cross in persecution, ...and He set us free anyway!  Whew!  He modeled missions for us...and now, I must too.  I want to be just like Him, do what He did, be like He is, know Him deeper, even if it costs me everything...and it will cost me everything.  I don't care.  It's so worth it!"

 

Mobilizing Students, was started by Chris in 2001 and currently sends hundreds of students each year to 5 continents on MISSION TRIPS, mentors high school students through a 1-year journey called Trek-XD, and trains college missionaires through a 4-year journey called Trek-X.
